It Worked!

    1. Major disaster
    2. The war was won before he was elected. Instead of keeping 30-50,000 in the most strategic portion of the Middle East to help protect the fragile libertal democracy that we had helped create, Obama simply moved onto the surge in Afghanistan; where he wasted $100 billion dollars plus of American dollars and thousands of young lifes. Stating your retreat date at the same time you announce a surge is truly Carteresque in its brilliacne.
    3. And gave them to the auto unions while subverting standard bankruptcy war and stealing money from the lawful bond holders. For what reason, to give Chrylser to the Italians and have G.M. off-shore most of its jobs to China.
    4. Dodd-Franks. Another massive fail. Codified too big to fail and further centralized U.S. banking; while largely shutting down lending by most U.S. banks. One of the major reasons that we are on the brink of a double dip recession.
4A. We actually made it up to 3% GDP growth for a couple of months. Now we are back to 1.5% growth and that almost certainly will be downgraded in the next month or two. This is by far the weakest recovery in the past 70 years. None come close. Only FDR's failed Keynesian policy was worse. Imagine that. By this point in Reagan's term, coming out of at least as deep of a recession; we were seeing up to 8% quarterly GDP growth.
    5. Please spare me the blond Indian from Massachusette's rhetoric.
    6. I guess that's good if you swing from the rear.
    7. And sold out our Eastern European allies and made them vunerable to rogue nuclear attacks; while doing nothing in the global perspective of nuclear safety.
    8. If that filling your sails. Women are already paid equally when they do the same job. Study after study shows that. Ask Meg Whitman and Carley Fiornia. There is the small issue of women remaining true to their biological urges and being the primary care giver to their children. Correct for that, and there hasn't been a pay gap for decades.
    9. Based on intelligence gained by the loathsome Gitmo program which Holder tried to end. And then went out and bragged about it like a teen-ager after getting laid; and gave away major pieces of the raid itself which will imperil our special forces in the future and sold out a brave Pakistani who gave us intell that showed without a doubt that it was Bin Laden; and now he will pay with his life. Obama did good on that one.
    10. Sure. Student loans are going to be the next housing crisis; but it obvious that you think that giving away tax payer money is a good thing.

    Oh there's more.

Holder gave two thousand assault weapons to Mexican drug thugs in the name of gun control.
Iran will soon have a nuclear weapon and completely destablize the Middle East.
We have $five trillion dollars of new debt with nothing to show for it; and no end to the $trillion plus annual defictis in sight.
Canada will be selling its oil to China because we were too stupid to build a pipeline down to Oklahoma and create another 200,000 jobs in America and help gain energy independence from the Middle East and Venezuela.
We have wasted billions of dollars on failed green energy companies owned largely by Obama campaign bundlers, while blocking domestic energy production on forest service lands, in ANWAR, and off the coast.
We added more people to the disablity roles than we have to the new employment roles.
We have by far the largest number of people receiving food stamps that we've had in the history of the country.
We have gutted the work required of Clinton's greatest legislation; Welfare Reform.

There's more. I just get sick thinking about it.

    1. Obamacare allowed me to insure my new born son and millions of uninsured americans. I figured a conservative would love it since it forces personal responsibility and was a huge giveaway to big insurance. I personally favor a single payer system

    2. Combat in Iraq ended in 2010

    3. Auto unions took huge haircuts while the US automakers have seen record profits. Its not even debatable

    4. In case you haven't figured it out yet, we are in the position we are in because of massive deregulation. Another point that is not debatable. You simply cannot compare the recessions of Reagan and Obama and Reagan spent waaay more money to get the economy going. I believe when adjusted for inflation Government spending was growing twice as fast under Reagan as it currently is under Obama

    5. We were losing 800k per month under Bush's last few months and now we are gaining 80k per. Yes, 80k blows historically but when you look at where we were

6.CC reform has been huge for the American consumer and small ticket businesses. Banks were charging businesses 44 cents per transaction! How does that math work for an ice cream vendor selling scoops for $2.50? Just a fuckin bullshit give away to big banks

    7. I don't like it from behind but I don't like discrimination either

    8. I have never seen a survey that suggests women make the same as men. And references to two women only bolsters my point

    9. So we agree that he is dead

    10. You're right, we shouldn't bother investing in higher learning or future generations.

The Dems were too much of pussys to push for sweeping reforms and tried to create policies both parties would like. The Repubs would never go for this and it was stupid they even tried.

Mitt Romney 2 years ago was very similar to Obama but has to create a different image under the GOP and the unfortunate way the Tea Party has manipulated them. So now he has to reject his own Health Care bill but come out today raving about the socialized health care that Isreal has. The truth he he isn't against it but has to play like Obama is a socialist to gain votes. Romney could have some great ideas but we don't know what they are. How is he going to create jobs, cutting taxes will increase revenues but if it created more jobs we would have seen it from 05-08. Regardless of who wins until Congress learns how to act and work for the people who voted them in
It's not going to matter and we will start a run of 1 term presidents who never accomplish anything. The GOP really needs to do a better job in creating legit candidates and focus less on bible loving policies pushed by the worst members they have. Dems need to focus on getting their panties out of a wad and make legit concessions that could provide an immediate impact.

The one thing I believe to be true is that the Obamacare/Roberts tax is a give away to the true masters of America- the insurance companies- just as medicare part D is. To he.. with the healthcare needs of senior citizens and working Americans.

Many of us have already been told and agreed to paying our doctors $2,000 up front each year in order to have a Doctor/Patient relationship and receive hopefully adequate medical treatment.

Medicare is much more efficient than private insurance. More out of every dollar reaches the patient, not some blowhard like Rick Scott that earns his living by ripping off taxpayers

This explains it. Many of the doctors we use are starting this forcing us to either change doctors or pay thousands.

Apparently you don't have health insurance or know how a health plan works. It's called a deductible. It is the amount you pay before any "benefits" kick in. And a $2,000.00 one these days might qualify as a cadillac plan. That is what we out here in flyover country stake the docs up front...annually.

You had some intriguing and salient points that while i don't agree with was willing to read. Then you posted this and completely lost me. If medicare were more efficient than private insurance then private insurance companies would be out of business because medicare is the least efficient healthcare system on the planet.

Thats not to say reforms aren't needed but single payer blows. About 90% of my clients are doctors or in medicine in some way shape or form. I have yet to hear from 1 of them that Obamacare will make things more efficient, less expensive or easier to provide quality healthcare.
