I think people are making this more complicated then it needs to be. The POTUS made a conscious decision somewhere along the way to extoll socialistic values. He made a calculated decision after his election to push our economy off the cliff. His reason for doing so was to get more constituents. He dramatically increased the welfare roles in an effort to expand the nanny state. Free health care, food stamps, unemployment insurance, social security ect... The point of all of it was to make more people beholden to the government and to a political party for their livelihood. It is certainly a viable political system, the cost of the system long term is lower economic growth and higher unemployment. I don't agree with the POTUS and don't think it is in the best interest of future generations but there is nothing illegitimate about his decisions or thought process.

We are in a current system where Democrats are robbing Peter to pay Paul. This system works as long as there are more Pauls then Peters. Ironically what will hurt them is for us to get into a robust economy with higher employment rates. Republicans need to work harder on ideas, the Dems have put their cards on the table. Make people want more then the government can give them. Paint a picture of a brighter future with more opportunity.

Obama loves being the POTUS.... he just does not like the job that goes with it.

Now just produce his grades and more importantly lets see if he received aid as a foreign student at any of those places. Or just favorable selection like our Native American Princess who is now a Senator from Mas :>)

I'm a survival of the fittest proponent. Freedom to choose. I did determine my course of action and my net worth. You, on the other hand, seem perfectly content with taking what one is willing to give you.

Capitalism, freedom and democracy do work well together unless there is an overwhelming portion of the population that can't compete. That portion brings the winners down and makes the system less viable.
