a mere 2% cut of the baseline increase. Sure would be nice if we could baseline spend on our family budgets. Kind of like asking your wife to cut spending. Example -Honey, you have $100.00 a month to spend. You have been spending $140.00 per month. Please only spend $120.00 per month. Still spending more than she has. It sure would be nice if all congress had their pay cut 2% and our rxecutive branch had theirs cut 10% or more.

I am all for means testing members of congress and the executive branch. Pelosi is worth about 500 million and should serve without pay or retirement benefits. Others as well.
