Oh, im doing just fine man. I actually care that people have things though and agree that they shouldnt have to work for basically nothing. If everybody has something, crime would go way down. Cost of living going up only shows the level of greed from the top. But oh well, i started on this thread mainly to talk about the gun thing.
There is nothing more dangerous in this world than a man with nothing to lose.
Seriously you are a fucking neophyte when it comes to basic economics. If you truly believe this shit you should move to one of many Communist countries.
You don't need guns for Sandy Hook to happen. The sooner you realize that taking away rights from law abiding citizens doesn't deter evil the better. I could recreate Sandy Hook or worse with an inanimate object of my choosing right the hell now if that were my desire, and there's nothing that could be done to stop it. But you know that too.
And there's nothing dumber than saying a full time job means you won't live in poverty. Where in the hell is that in the social contract we call a Constitution? It isn't, and you don't care about that either. Just give me, give me, give me. I exist therefore I deserve to be given the American dream.
I got brains. I got big ol' brains. I got dinosaur brains.
I know it. It's what I meant by liberal policies operating in a vacuum.
Except that I think they want people to strive for the minimum wage. It ensures their voting block. Dr. Carson was right. When you educate a man you liberate a man. Liberals don't want liberated men. They want unarmed, ignorant, barely scraping by masses depending on them for their sustenance.
So basically, your presence here is pointless.
You are basically saying that as long as the sun rises and sets each day, there's a chance someone might get sunburned.
LIKE... DUH... again, what's your point?
That's right. You don't have one. You just have "stop hatin'" and "join the winning side".
How about you just shut up and let the adults have a discussion without your inanity?
As far as working for basically nothing.. you have to start somewhere.
Don't want to live in poverty? Kick ass at your job, even if it's wiping down tables. Work hard. A better paying job is incentive.
Chris Dorner says hi.
The overwhelming statistic evidence laughs in the face of your "hi".
Was it an assault rifle or just a rifle? I couldn't find any info when scanning through posted articles on the web.
Youre right. I will leave the losing side alone so you can look down you nose and bask in the glory of "if we was in charge".
Again, the "side" you are saying is losing still has their guns and ammo to protect themselves from a corrupt State.
I will look down my nose at you though, helpless lemming that you are.
Thanks for proving in this thread that while you may have solid takes on gooner football, you're an invalid when it comes to the Rights of an American Citizen and The Constitution.
Obama never has gone after your guns. Was that the first or second go around that scare tactic failed. Anyway, im done with you. My point has been made and that is as long as there are guns, there will be mass shootings at various places and thats it. So, when it does, just accept it. God Bless Obama.
Valid point. The news reports indicated that Dorner used an assault rifle when he fired at the LAPD officer in Corona on Thursday. (See the link below.) Minutes later, he shot up the two Riverside cops, killing one and wounding the other. I'm assuming that he again used an assault rifle during that second incident due to the proximity in time and location, and also due to the fact that he fired on an even greater number of law enforcement officers in the Riverside incident than he did in the Corona incident. So, while I don't think I'm making an unreasonable assumption, it's possible that he used a different weapon to kill the Riverside officer. Based on the early reports concerning the amount of firepower that was expended, however, my bet is that he used an assault rifle on both occasions.
I also won't be surprised if we find out later that he was using an assault rifle in connection with the death of the SB County officer yesterday, but I haven't read any details yet regarding the weapon used in that shooting. There's no question, though, that Dorner was carrying at least one assault rifle with him over the past several days. There are numerous media reports to that effect.
With that said, my understanding is that the percentage of firearms-related murders (not merely deaths) involving assault weapons as opposed to other types of firearms is very low -- probably less than 5%. Part of the problem in ascertaining an exact number is that some statistical analyses of firearms deaths don't break out assault rifles from other types of rifles.

I'm not sure to what you're referring. If you're suggesting that most gun-related murders are committed with firearms other than assault weapons, I agree with you. But that wasn't the point to which I was responding. The post above claimed that the number of murders committed with assault weapons is "zilch," which is just nonsense.
Thanks for posting that. I guess my greater point would be is the news accurately portraying the weapon used or just using a common phrase for any menacing looking rifle? As with Sandy Hook, where I still can't find out if it was a handgun or a semi-automatic AR that was used, finding concrete facts is difficult. One wouldn't think so, but it is.
Does anyone know if he was licensed to carry a fully automatic weapon? And that he was carrying one?
Not sure if he was licensed, whether any of the weapons he was carrying and using during these incidents had full auto capability, and (if so) whether Dorner in fact utilized the full auto function at any point in these incidents. I suppose we will learn additional details in the coming days. I know there was some media chatter yesterday that Dorner and the cops were both firing full auto during the gun battle in the Big Bear area, but I don't know that this has been confirmed by an reputable source.
Of course, this discussion highlights issues concerning the definitions of "assault rifle" or "assault weapon." Under the federal assault weapons ban, a firearm can be semi-auto and still be considered an "assault weapon."
Again. What a worthless post. I literally have no idea what you're trying to convey here. The fact that shit happens?
Wow. Someone get this guy a gold star!

he's incompetent. On a good day. And thats got nothing to do with hate or losing.
You don't understand basic human want/jealousy nor do you understand basic economic theory. The idea of everybody having something would reduce crime is pure fantasy and the idea that the cost of living goes up because of greed at the top is pure stupidity.
no doubt about it. He seems to be following the prez line of thinking. Nothing he said works they way he said it. Its naive to think it does.
"Naive" is a diplomatic/Mother Teresa way to put it.
Dumber than dogshit would be more accurate.
Join the winning side. clarity comes when you dumb yourself down, accept a $9 hour job and food stamps while waiting for your free phone to arrive the mail.
More like coming to the "dumb shit" side.
If he wasn't a half-breed, you wouldn't even notice him.
That's interesting. Would it have to be easily convertible to full auto? I really don't know.
