We are cooking a couple of beef tenderloins, my wife has high brow taste.
Five racks of spare ribs, Elgin sausage and a few chicken halves.
Brisket, sausage, bbq chicken, corn on cob and some other vegetables.
On Sunday we had a big pre-4th cookout where I bbq'ed up three racks of ribs, a beer up the butt chicken and stuffed jalapenos wrapped with bacon.

Beer can chicken is legit
Not sure what you stuffed the jalapeños with, but next time try a slice of goat cheese, a slice of cream cheese and mango. It is fabulous. JT on shaggy turned me on to it and everyone that has tried it when I make it has raved about it. You can also use prosciutto instead of bacon to wrap the jalapeños with.
Keeping it simple. Smoked sausage, pork chops, and chicken, topped with my homemade sauce, along with some roasting ears and potato salad.

Onward Through The Fog
Not BBQing but grilled chicken legs, chicken breasts, sausage, boudain, & corn. Finishing it off with baked beans & potatoes with cheese, butter & salt/pepper all mixed in like a casserole. Also made bacon wrapped jalapeños with cream cheese & lil smokies. I'm going to wash it down with some Shiner Light Blonde.
Y'all are making me miss Texas! No brisket sales in Florida.You can't even buy fajita meat.

Whew. I just grilled up a serious steak fiesta.
My big ole 1" think NY Strip, 2 1" thick Rib Eyes and another couple of NY Strip steaks. Add a few baked potatoes and a few sides, and BAM. It's been a great day with a lot of great food.

We grilled up some big ass beef ribs in the classic Webber grill & since the coals were still hot & the pork ribs were thawed; I smoked them on the Webber while we watched fireworks. When we got home, they were perfect. Today was a good day.
