The rumor I heard was that Mack was indeed retiring, but not before leading our team onto the field wearing capes, proclaiming that our defense will henceforth be known as Kathleen Turner Overdrive, flipping off the halftime reporter and attempting to ride Bevo out of the stadium with two girls in chaps while yelling " Adios mofo's".
The name of the defense seemed a little far fetched so I didn't put much credence in it.

If Mack does not resign before the KSU game, he will most likely resign after the game (may be a year or two after the game?). Very doubtful he will resign drinking the game.

Mack is gonna stay, but Harsin is going back to Boise to be the HC when Petersen goes to Oregon. Mack decides to bring in Chris Simms to be Co-OC with Applewhite.
