Agreed.

Texas has been most successful over the past ten years when running an up-tempo spread. Then attacking a tired defense with a mobile QB. It was like there was no answer for it at times. If Major runs something like that, practically the whole two deep will play a good amount of each game.

Would you redshirt Josh Cochran if depth allowed?

Couldnt possibly be any worse.

Im still a bit mad about the fact that he burned his redshirt. Did he contribute much at all last season? I did not notice him in the field.

Is Hopkins expected back for the spring?

Basically, I'd accept that Hawkins will be inside next year, and use the spring to get him used to it and also to get Estelle, Flowers, and Riser a mess or reps. If you're lucky, one of those guys is ready to start when camp rolls around. If they roll out the predictable Hawkins/Flowers/Espinosa/Walters/Cochran combo the entire spring without even tinkering, they are failing.
