Gerry, thanks for your insights!! That info is seriously informing
for this fanatic recruiting fan, who always likes to know where our
main competition comes from...

Another member here whom I like to read has projected as high
as 10-11 verbals by the end of the month...after reading where
our 1st 15 stand in the timing area, I am now thinking that might
be a bit on the high side...maybe by the end of spring, eh? I
would like & respect your thoughts on this timing/numbers area--
granted it is a prediction that is a very fluid one at best...

Am I right in sensing our staff would be very happy with say a
baker's dozen verbals by mid-summer? That leaves a "handful"
of spots to take their time in evaluating further, which proved to
be a very good thing this past recruiting class...

I am really liking how this staff is spending much more time in
careful evaluating/vetting & their much higher energy-level does
NOT go unnoticed...
