In what facet of the game is he elite? He recruits good, but an elite coach doesn't go 5-7 in any season. He can't beat ou most of the time. He's got 2 CC's to his name in 20 something seasons as a HC ANYWHERE. Are YOU on drugs? He's average to good, but he isn't anywhere near great to elite. He has constantly done less with more. The talent in Texas is one of, if not THE best in the country, and he has squandered that talent into a whopping 2 CC's. So yeah, he's average.

It's kind of like arguing politics I guess. I think there is no amount of arguing that is going to change your mind because it is made up, as is mine. When ones mind is made up no amount of facts is going to make any difference, because each side believes that they are in the right, so I leave you to your opinion and I will have mine.
