What is going on with Mal Brown RB???????

Why does everyone who disagrees with your speculation get personally attacked? I'm not naive...and I'm certainly not willfully so. If Malcolm transfers, I will be very disappointed. I will give you props. But I expect an apology from you if he doesn't. There is no reason we can't disagree without personal attacks. It's not like either if us has inside info on this. It is pure speculation. There is room for different opinions there, no?

CTJ is a douche, who always thinks the sky is falling. Pay little attention to him.

    I think he already is.

    Agreed.

  • Just heads up, he won't transfer. Word is that the coaches felt like they needed to keep him out to make sure he was healed..(babied him). Malcolm isn't transferring, just a sign of why this team is soft. The coaches don't push these kids to play, the players need to play if they are just banged up, it's different if something is broken or torn.

It is a shame to see so many "Texas Fans" basically wishing for kids to transfer. Regardless of who the coaches are, y'all should instead be encouraging the players to keep fighting on. Transferring out is another spoiled kid way out IMO.

Now see, that is a personal attack. Regardless, I don't think the sky is falling, nor is their evidence of that. Saying that a guy looks like a prime transfer candidate is not negative or hyperbolic. The problem is that there are a bunch of old pollyannas on this board who take anything and everything personally when a position is taken that runs counter to their worldview.

It looks to me like the coaches are saying that if you are out, then you have to earn your way back to the starting spot. If the players ahead of you are playing well, then it can be an uphill battle. That is the opposite of entitlement.

You think I came to my conclusion based on that one post of yours? Who's naive now?

It looks to me like Harsin can't design an offense to use all his play-makers and tries to placate certain guys with cursory touches.

If, that is really what is happening. We don't know for sure. But we do know that Mack has a history of playing his friends and his yes boys who are many times not the best players or the players that need to be playing in certain positions or situations.

Yes but keeping him out 6 games?? I know this situation closely, and he was ready to go 4 games ago......they kept him out to make sure he didn't get banged up again. ????? Why he is a running back, he's going to get banged up.
