Thought I'd start a new thread so we can keep track of who has signed and who has not. Jordan Goodman decommitted from Texas Tech. Perry Ellis, Marcus Smart, Phil Forte have signed, as have all the ISU guys. If you read about anyone signing or decommitting, chime in.

Rose now in for Baylor; Telep says "Baylor recruits, signed" and I guess that's good enough for me

Have to keep up with the UT guys, even if Gerry has a pinned thread on that. Ibeh, Felix in.

I thought Papapetrou had already signed it was just a matter of getting it from Greece.

Until the appropriate bodies receive a document containing the signature of the player and the signature of a parent or guardian of the player, there is no valid letter of intent. When I hear Texas has received such a document, then I'll mark Papapetrou as SIGNED.

  • Aha! I did do a thread on this back in November. Thought so.

I'll update this and add guys as the spring signing period goes on.

Now updated for today's signings that have been reported by 4 pm CDT.

  • Any chance Laimonas Chatkevicius decides to leave KSU with the coaching change?

He is weighing options but has not asked for a release. Yet.

  • ...anyone care to rank the Big XII classes?

    Endust

  • Right now assuming all the commits sign and evaluating the draft classes for total quality output over careers, I'd go

    1) Texas
    2) Kansas
    3) Baylor
    4) OSU
    5) WVU
    6) Iowa State
    7) OU
    8) Tech
    9) TCU
    10) K-State

Although I don't know enough about Tech's JUCO players to get a really good feel for how good that class will be.

If you add McLemore and Traylor to KU's class since they weren't eligible last year, KU deserves the #1 spot. Ellis, McLemore, and White make an awesome combination. If I recall right, the ruling on McLemore and Traylor was that they couldn't play this year but they could practice with the team as of January, so they won't be your typical freshmen.

My wife's boss is named Rodrigo Silva. (He isn't anywhere close to 6'11", even in shoes.)
