Agree to disagree on that one.
Tiger has traditionally played the best events on tour - best fields.
Of his 76 wins...
14 majors 17 WGC's (as good of fields as anything) 1 Players Championship 7 - Buick/Torrey 7 - Bay Hill/Arnold Palmer 3-4 Memorial's/Jack's tourney 1 - Byron Nelson when Byron was alive and field was strong
Etc...
I think one could actually argue the other way...
Had Tiger played more, the lesser field tournaments, he would likely have 90+ wins already.
Of course, that wasn't possible. Healthy, time missed due to multiple knee surgeries and trying to stay healthy...and playing around the world for large $$$

Ernie Els just won his 4th at the age of 42 or 43.
Additionally, Phil Mickelson won his most recent Major just shy of 40. Nicklaus won his last major at 46. Addressing the notion that Tiger might not win another major, I'd argue that the window is wide open if you consider the contention of equal or lesser talent beyond Tiger's current age of 37. He's by far the best ball striker of his generation, and he has shown a knack for evolving his swing as his body breaks down. No reason to believe he won't get closer to Jack.
If he ballparks 16 majors while smashing the all-time wins record, as has been mentioned, the debate for GOAT will get really interesting. And if he breaks that golden number, it's end of discussion.

It may end up an interesting discussion with the Jack era fans siding one way, and the Tiger/current era guys going the other.
I'm not sure Tiger wins another major. Time will tell.
He could well end up with 90+ tour wins (maybe even 100 if healthy until 42-43), 120'ish world wide and shatter every other record in golf...except most majors.
Fun times in golf.

Actually they are out to pasture. arnie is 82, jack 72, gary player around 75, trevino around 70. As far as Arnie's Army and Jack, mostly true. Before that Hogan despised Arnie and his "common man" persona. I am sure Trevino gots lots of hate , being the only Hispanic on tour. all different times in history and that's what makes it fun to discuss as far as GOAT.
