This week's 'Throwback' game is the Longhorns' Oct. 23, 1999 win at home over Nebraska, 24-20. It was a huge win early in Mack Brown's tenure, and yet another for UT over NU.

That Jones touchdown took at least 5 minutes I swear. DKR was cool that day.

I was sitting in the north end zone for that game. Jones ran right towards me on that play. Slow but determined not to be stopped.

Also, the fact that NU got a rematch in the CCG was the first time I started thinking that having a conference championship game might not be the best idea.
