This is a good thing. Football is a TEAM sport. If he did not want to be part of the solution he would have been part of the problem. Texas has players who can play in the slot. They need bigger receivers who can get down the field (Coleman). This frees up a scholly for a kid who wants to play at Texas (like johnson or possibly Coleman).

I'm willing to bet, based on the Twitter crap and all the smoke leading up to the UA game, that he specifically waited to decommit until after the game. I'm guessing he didn't want to have to be around all the Texas kids during the week of practice with them knowing that he had backed out.

So instead, he lies about his intentions for a good 3 weeks and then drops the bomb the day after the game is over.

Say what you want about losing his talent, but we're better off without anyone that operates this way. Not only is he a liar, he's a coward as well. That's not the kind of guy I want on my team.
