I immediately thought of Edmond too when I read the title of the article. Although Hicks leadership has been missed, the injury has forced Edmond to develop faster. I am excited about the linebackers next year. Hopefully they will not be over-coached and schemed.

Cobbs has been given the entire year to step up and show what he can do. He is one of the worst tacklers at linebacker I have ever seen and for the life of me I don't know why he still gets minutes. It doesn't matter if you are in position to make the play if you don't make the play. Other than a few quarterback hurries, he hasn't done much. For all the hype from Manny, Cobbs hasn't delivered.
Tevin Jackson and Jinkens should both pass Demarco by.

I hope Sheroid can play some against TCU to show what he can do. We need his speed on the field. I'm disappointed he wasn't a regular this season.
Mykkele needs to be moved to offense to replace DJ. It's pretty clear he's not tough enough to be a safety, so he's either going to be a corner or play on offense if his hands are good enough. We need a deep threat if he can catch.

Sadly, I'm not sure were not better served personnel wise if we go with the guy Diaz doesn't want to play. His insistence on playing Cobb is mind numbing. Furthermore, I have zero confidence in him, other than having complete confidence stoops will donkey punch him in October.
