This is going to be my first live Texas game, I'm so pumped for this! Plus I've heard that the eye candy at ole miss is unparalleled

The biggest problem was the inability to stop the run. The Rebels, who were a very young defense, allowed 225 yards per game on the ground.

This doesnt bode well for the Rebels. It would be hard for most teams to stop the big three RB's and they couldnt stop anyone. It will be a long saturday for Ole Miss against Texas. Im looking for 200+ rushing and 150 or better passing with 40+ points with 14 given up max.

Have you looked into Oxford area hotels. They practically do not exist...

I will be making this road trip as I've alwasys wanted to go to Ole Miss to see a game. Can't wait.

Really looking forward to seeing the "The Grove" and the tailgate scene. But, if hotels are scarce in Oxford try finding a spot for your motor coach. All the tailgate sites are for Ole Miss Alum and almost zero RV sites around. But, we'll be there, even if must park on the street.

TexShoe - The Hampton Inn there says sold out..however, there is a specific day in June when they open up reservations. Ill get the exact date and time. Just need to call them at that point. It just says sold out because they havent released any rooms yet. Per Hilton Honors exec. VP of Sales. I went ALL the way to the top trying to find out information.

If you stay in Memphis, make time to see Sun Records studio and the Stax Records Museum. You just can't beat Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Roy Orbison, Isaac Hayes, Wilson Pickett, Booker T & the MGs, Sam & Dave and Otis Redding.
