Texas one of the more dangerous bubble teams....

Here's an article I did for the WVU site, running some numbers of the bubble teams that won in the tournament the last few years and who is capable of doing the same this year..... Texas is a definite candidate.

I do not know how anyone could have watched us play down the stretch and determined we were a dangerous team.

Big difference in a lose and you are done scenario, teams play and coaches coach much tighter. What should scare anyone that plays Texas is J'Covan Brown. If he's on, he has the ability to score 40 while also dishing out 10+ assists. Not too mention that Texas is a very good FT shooting team, and have 4 guards that can attack the paint and make tough shots and convert at the FT line.
Tournament games are dominated by backcourts, and while Texas has an inconsistent one it is very talented.
