UCSB working into Texas' lead here in the top of the 5th. 2RBI single to right by Nesovic brings the score to 9-4.

Cox gets a ground ball to second to end the inning. UCSB sent 8 to the plate and got three runs across and Texas used three pitchers - Thornhill, Duke, Cox.
Bottom 5th: 9-4 Texas

Horns go quickly around a Johnson single. Johnson's two-out single puts him a triple away from the cycle.

Let's hope this pace keeps up. UCSB goes down in order to move things to the bottom of the 6th. It appears Cameron Cox will be the pitcher of record if everything holds (Thornhill not eligible since he didn't go 5 full innings)
