Toller Boardman coming in to pitch.

Boardman has loaded the bases after allowing a base hit, a double to deep right and a hit batsman.
No outs and the bases loaded for the heard of the Sac State lineup.
Sac State is on the board after Boardman walks home a run.
Boardman isn't going to get yanked for Knebel after giving up two hits, a hit batsman and a walk without registering an out. Not a good start to his season.
Double to right scores two for Sac State.
Then the next better laces a single passed a diving Weiss to score another. 6-4 Horns.
Those runs are all on Boardman, but Kneben definitely hasn't put the fire out. Runners on the corners with no outs.
"Leadership is wisdom, courage and great carelessness of self"
Knebel walks another to load the bases again.
Still no outs here in the top of the 8th.
Wild pitch by Knebel gets Sac State to within 1, 6-5 Horns with no outs in the top of the 8th and runners on 2nd and 3rd.
Another walk by Knebel loads the bases back up.
Ty Marlow will now come in for Knebel. Safe to say this thing turned around pretty fast...
What an epically stupid decision to go with Boardman.
Both Knebel and Boardman are going to have some pretty nasty looking stats after this one.
Huge out as Felts picks off the runner at third after Marlow's first pitch.
Double play now alive to get Texas out of this disastrous 8th inning.
Thanks, Dave, for doing this up-dating. I live too far away to be able topick up any type of radio broadcast and don't have LHN so you're the only way I've been able to keep up. I didn't check with the Texas website so I don't even know if they are broadcasting or doing the little toy figures thing. :)
Huge strikeout by Marlow to get out of the jam with Texas holding onto a 6-5 lead.
Fujinaka had a base hit into no-man's land in shallow right to load the bases back up before Marlow got Lukes swinging.
That was eventful, but the Horns are still holding onto a 1-run lead heading into the bottom of the 8th.
Marlow earned his keep. What a clutch performance, Knebel was overthrowing trying to get Ks.
Defense is still a major issue.
