I think a lot of it has to do with all the talent on campus or coming in. Not a lot of top backs want to sit behind Gray, Brown and Berg/Daje, along with the state's top RBs committed for 2014.

I think we need to hope and prey Kinner makes the grade. Any more word about Larue's final visit?

If I were being recruited by a number of programs other than Texas I would have to take the depth chart into account. It's one thing if there's one guy that's staked his claim as the top guy, but I have to feel that UT having four options at RB already for the next 2-3 years isn't exactly enticing to top recruits.

We go thru this euphoria about the recruiting classes every year. Then reality sets in and we end up struggling for an eight win season. These catches, such as Hammad, are nice but we can't lose sight of the fact that Mack is still steering the ship and we need to watch out for that iceberg he keeps running into.I'm just saying that every year we bring in enough talent to be BCS bowl contender and then...........
