"Don't know. Never had one"
-- D. Royal-Mack Brown how to coach a team after a losing season
A great deal of truth many don't want to hear. They don't understand that it takes Talent + development + game experiance to = RESULTS most often.
Face it, on EA Sports, all it takes is talent why would the real world be any different.
Having said that, I have seen or read nothing of any QB but Ash that says anything but "caretaker/bus driver" so if we are going to throw Ash to the fire in order to compete for titles in '12 and beyond, so be it and I'll accept the upsides and the down.
I don't see a great difference in 7 wins vs 9 unless 9 gets us a title (which I doubt).
But keep in mind, not unlike '07 when the howling critics got their way and the "young guns" played heavily vs aggie, starting young guys will often get you lit up.
Who has the best handle on the QB situation?
The coaches who ultimately will make the decision, or the players who go to battle with him?
Recent events seem to indicate how the players feel...
...making it tougher on those who will decide the issue.
