This win gives us a new perspective to the year....I just wish Mack would let the coaches coach the OU game like this game. Stoops has Mack befuddled but Furk it....we won.

ok if you really want to be picky, it was not easy. But the Texas defense came up big and i am proud of them.

Not saying I am happy about it, I just think that had they lost that game he would have been forced out, and I think that is the only way he leaves. We should have won against WV, and OK just kicked out arse.. the defense is just been awful, but today, did not give up the big play and made Tech go the whole field on drives, and bowed up in the red zone. If we can maintain this we can win against TCU and Iowa St and at least make KState a game.

This defense has talent but these missed tackles need to stop at some point. Does anyone else think this might be a turning point for this defense. I think so. They might take stock in this scheme and start playing as such. I hope.

Maybe, just maybe, Diaz has fixed some things since halftime last week. This was overall their best game of the year. I've got 4 tickets to the K State game. If they win the next 2, I'll buy a huge winter coat and head to Kansas. I love my Longhorns and can't wait to drive to Austin for the game next Saturday...how about some love for a great game...team & coaches!

I think Coach Brown "urged" a more simple scheme. Instead of running the LBrs up & playing Zone.
