Barry Switzer is such an effing tool. The "great" coach that he thinks he is/was is a joke. We found this out his first year coaching in the NFL. He's the only coach on the face of this earth that could coach the 1994 Dallas Cowboys to anything other than a Superbowl victory. To this day, Troy Aikman will tell anyone who will listen that the 1994 Cowboys was the most talented team that he played on (yes, better than the '92, '93 and '95 Cowboys that won Superbowls).

Only good ole Barry could screw up that season with his "stellar" coaching abilities.

Yes, he figured it out the following season but he's the chief reason the Cowboys didn't win 4 Superbowls in a row.
