We wish to be mediocre on defense.

I view Kansas scoring 20+ points against our defense about the same as I viewed the predictions last week that Baylor would hold our offense under 30. 89th in total yards and 114th in scoring offense equals our second best points against performance this season. This results in a week long propaganda campaign out of Bellmont about our defense turning a corner and how much we've improved as a team since the OU game.

Agree at some level. However, there is one major difference - the new QB for Kansas is quite different. Bigger emphasis on the run game, which seems to be their relative strength. Let's see what that means.
