Case needs to be kicked of as well because he saw a woman get raped and did nothing to stop it.

Also, I was not aware of the legal relationship between a woman's consent to have sex and her intoxication level. That being the case, these guys are in bad shape if the hospital tests/DNA came out that the woman had sex with one of the players.
