I like it. I would rather use bold than quotation marks when I want to bring attention to a particular phrase.

You might try experimenting with changing the background color of every other row slightly so there's a bit of a differentiation color-wise. It might make the site a little more readable.

When you guys put the codes for bold I just see everything. No change.I am on the mobile site.I haven't been able to view messages in 2 weeks(mobile or pc).i just am not seeing the changes you guys are on mobile.This is getting frustrating. I love this site but the problems with mobile are mounting.it says my status is a question mark where it should say VIP. Not trying to be a negative Nancy.
