Take no prisoners. Its the SEC mentality. Its tough, aggressive competitiveness within the rules. definitely as it should be. I believe we are about to replace OU at the top of the conference. I mean by winning conference championships outright.

I think you are right, but it may not be this year. I think the new coaches bring a new attitude where every game matters and especially the OU game. I like Mack, but that clapping after something goes wrong drives me nuts. It should be the other players trying to cheer the kid up and the coaches should be coaching them up at that point.

I watched Sabin walk onto the field and really coach up his QB for missing an easy TD pass even though he completed a more difficult TD pass.

Searles and Davis were both home run hires. Amazing that Searles was Mack's third choice, but we fell into pure gold. We were lucking twice while Mack was turning over the staff. First, Searles became available after the Wisconsin and Auburn guys turned down their offers. We came out well ahead. Then when Jerry Gray reneged on his job to jump after the Titans position; Mack was able to get Akina to come back from Arizona. It good to be lucky occasionally.

I do the same thing, that’s why he needs a good nickname.
