It seems like we are behind on nearly every recruit we are trying to woo at this point. Harrison might be the only one we are out in front of, and even that looks tenuous right now. Discouraging.

Thanks for the article Gerry.
One thing that puzzles me is how in a class of only 13 we wouldn't have room for him and harrison. Especially if he is guard and Harrison tackle.

Just freakin offer the kid. Harrison isn't coming (imo) and in the off chance he does he's a tackle, this kids a guard. One shouldnt effect the other, and its not like we couldn't use the depth.

Gerry,
You're obviously very dialed in on this recruitment, as it has played out exactly the way that you have previously mentioned. My question - why does Harrison's decision affect Hammad? They do not play the same position, they are not in the same class, and we don't have a stock-pile of young, big-time talent at Hammad's projected position.

That hasn't been determined. I do wish he would go ahead and commit.

I don't know how tight our numbers are but I'm assuming that is why we haven't offered. The other thing to consider is that the staff maybe holding this OL spot for a particular kid next year (although I doubt that since it is a weak year in state for OL).
