sportsillustrated.cnn.comAnd he admitted using not only pot but cocaine and X as well.
Does Patterson feel a lot of pressure in their first Big 12 season? I think so and I don't think this season ends well for them. You either have principles or you don't. He's telling us what he really is now. No more hiding because you're in the Mountain Worst or whatever the hell conference that was.

Casey: Hey coach, I did exctasy, cocaine and maybe some meth.
Coach Patterson: But did you lie to the police?
Casey: No, I told them I did it all, I just wasn't real sure about when because, well, you know, I was high so I wasn't sure.
Coach Patterson: I'm proud of you for not lying to the police. As long as you tell people the truth, everything will be ok.
Casey: Coach, does this mean I can play?
Coach Patterson: Casey, I can handle a druggie quarterback but I don't like liars, so yes, you can play.

pot might be understandable, but no discipline for cocaine and ecstasy?
That's what I was thinking. 80%+ of CFB players hit a little weed at least occassionally, but the hard core narcotics is a different story.
Patterson is selling out to win. Let's see what that gets him. I'd bet money Pachall is arrested or has some other off the field issue before bowl season
