They have given out 2 offers (both have committed) and one is a highly rated **** recruit. The other is a ** (but *** on other sites).
The third is a QB who gave up a scholly to MS State to walk on at Clemson. He is a 2012 recruit.
The 2 commits this year are not exactly scrubs.

I just think Kiffin at USC is the prototype of how to run a dirty program. Yeah there's no direct evidence yet but considering the past history of both USC and Kiffin, you can't help but think such thoughts.

USC is a very desirable option for a young football player. Like Texas, no pro football to compete with not to mention all the fancy California press and Hollywood to boot. That being said, I hate LA and how fake everyone is out there. Kiffin fits perfectly.

I'm not saying that USC is cheating again but zebras don't change their stripes and if anyone thinks Kidding & Orgeron were oblivious to the rampant cheating last time then I've got some ocean front property in AZ that I'd love to sell you. If USC is cheating again then it is time to break out the death penalty.
