Ricky met with the running backs yesterday and told them that nobody would hold them back here, they can be as great as they want to be.
He wants them to look at his statue and say that they want one right next to his.

Ricky said one of his ideas for the NFL would be to extend it to 18 games but make it mandatory that each player sits out two games. That way there's no more wear and tear on the players.
It also would give back-up players a chance to showcase their talents

Actually not a bad idea. It would be tricky picking out the games that certain players sit, but a lot of the playoff teams rest players at the end of the season anyway.
