Are you trolling for down votes in light of his religious quotes the other day?
They guy is basically saying he's not going to worry about something over which he has no control at this point. You know, some might liken his stance to how some approach faith.

If you put someone on ignore do threads they start still show up when you see the main board?

Bruce 7, not sure what your point is here. Whether you agree with what Ricky says or not, he was very articulate in his delivery and what he was saying was well thought out.
He certainly didn't definitively say that football isn't the catalyst for all these concussion syndromes; he simply stated that there might be another equally plausible explanation.
With as many violent helmet-to-helmet hits as Ricky took, he will be a good study as to if what he believes is true. We'll check on his congnitive status in 10 years or so. And if he doesn't show any ill effects, then maybe he's on to something.
