    In other news, if a ho invites me back to her hotel room at 2 am it's 100% of the time for freaky. She basically invited the freaky and as long as they only did the freaky she shouldn't be allowed to make this claim. That's the risk of inviting strangers to your room at 2 am

    Dude, youre crazy. What if she invited them to the room to hang out and party more since most clubs close at 2AM or so? By your words, youre gonna take the punani if you get invited at 2AM no matter what because its only for the freaky at that time. Thats the risk of inviting YOU to a room at 2AM, not everybody.

    No, I don't think that 'kids at other programs' have their starting QB addicted to drugs, have multiple players dealing drugs and don't have a team-wide drug problem. But hey, you want Mack Brown gone so anything goes at this point.

    So you are saying kids at other programs including Texas don't drink booze and smoke pot......alot? I didn't accuse Mack of having drug dealers or an addicted QB. I don't think Patterson chose to have those scenarios either. I did say Mack has had several players break the law. Maybe Ramonce showing up at the party armed and with satchels full of pot was ok with you? Benson and his boys breaking down apt doors to retrieve TVs. Benson caught drinking with his H.S. date for a prom in Odessa/Midland is cool? Aaron Humphries and 3 others caught smoking Pot before the Cotton bowl vs Arkansas in 99 or 2000 is no biggie. The big El Paso DT getting kicked off the team before his first practice? The DB, Joseph, caught running around and away from the police in downtown Austin parking garages for who know's what? There are more. Glass houses Henry.

    I don't want him fired over this issue. Never said that. Mack has had many players experience issues with the law and I wouldn't base a decision to let Mack go simply over player issues with the law anymore than I'd make it a consideration to look at Patterson.

  • ATX89, you are welcome to your thoughts concerning Patterson's chances to be our next coach, but I just don't think that happens...BTW, that OP has very little to do with his wide-held perception as a successful, defensive oriented coach...

    Just think there are other coaches out there who will be rated ahead of Patterson--just my 2cents...

    On point, I could not be more excited to see Major running our O...I look for our guys on O to take on his persona, which will reflect in much more consistency, yet an explosive attack on-the-field...there is a reason our RBs are in the Top 3 nationally in fumbles lost--now, that supports the consistency comment!!!

  • Interesting dilemma for Mack if no charges filed by game time. Unless there was a clear violation for team rules, then what does he do. My guess is this has to be violation of team rules at a minimum. If not, then the coaching staff has some serious explanations to make.
