If you think a turnover from McCoy lost this game, you are a buffoon.

I suppose Ash gift wrapping three turnovers to TCU had nothing to do with the outcome in your mind? That throw was brutal no doubt, however Case was a big reason we had a shot to tie the game to begin with. Had he had more playing time in the game earlier, who knows? Maybe we wouldn't have been in that situation to begin with.

  • Case is not better than Ash. Ash isn't much better than any other starting qb in the big 12. This offense needs a better oline. If we get an oline, it wouldn't matter who we trotted out there at qb. I will add to explain on Case, the reason he is not better than Ash is because he tries his luck too many times. He thinks his arm is better than it is. He has great touch but he continues to believe he is a gunslinging qb.

Ash is not better than any starting QB in the Big 12 and that's a fact. He clearly had another huge setback last night. The Kansas game was another and the Oklahoma game was over before it's started so you could certainly give him a pass there. The oline definitely needs to be improved, but the oline didn't make those throws last night and didn't turn the ball over deep in our own territory. The three turnovers are all Ash and he was a big reason we lost that game last night..period. Assuming Ash is not injured, I wouldn't be shocked if the coaches gave Case the keys next week to see what he can do. We've seen what Ash can do already. Case has had limited QB play, but he certainly has better pocket presence than Ash IMO and showed his ability to take what the defense gives him with his feet and made some decent throws last night to keep us in it toward the end. If you can get him to settle down and learn to accept when plays aren't there rather than trying to will them to happen by throwing up "please catch it's", then who knows. Right now, I think were back to being a "toss up" in terms of our QB play again and so why not give Case a shot going in to bowl game practices.

This is just flat out stupid and comical.

Just no. He bails out of the pocket way too early because he's a pussy that's afraid to take a hit. I counted at least 4 plays where there wasn't much pressure and he'd bail out, with at least two of those times resulting in Case spinning into pressure.

He throws footballs like a javelin. He needs to get a running start before throwing 20 yds downfield.

I would argue some of that was due to our horrendous offensive line blocking, but he certainly looked a hell of a lot better than what Ash gave us prior to that final throw of course.
