Then who kept Mack around after 2010, who negotiated with the LHN to carry a 3rd game that did absolutely nothing to move the needle, who made the recommendation to give Mack a raise after the 2011 season? Who was there on the sideline giving Mack a hug after Texas Tech and who was there defending him after the OU game? I agree that as long as Delost is around, Mack stays. If an announcement comes in the next few weeks that Dodds is stepping down, then I would be more optimistic that Mack is gone too. There a package deal as far as I'm concerned right now and that hug on the sidelines said it all to me.

They'll give him one more year to see if he can win with the 2010 and 2011 recruiting classes and new coaches - which he might.
