Guys help me out here. If Pollard does not sign by the 16th then he can sign up for summer classes at any college he wants and receive a scholarship then? If after signing this scholarship can decide well I don't like it here anymore so I am going here and playing automatically because I never signed an LOI?

Still subject to transfer rules unless he is denied admission in the fall.
Rule 14.5.2
(h) The student received institutional financial aid while attending a summer term, summer school or summer-orientation
program (see Bylaws 15.2.8.1.3 and 15.2.8.1.4). A recruited student who receives institutional aid pursuant
to Bylaw 15.2.8.1.4 is subject to the transfer provisions, except that a prospective student-athlete (recruited or
nonrecruited) who is denied admission to the institution for full-time enrollment shall be permitted to enroll at
another institution without being considered a transfer student. (Adopted: 1/10/90, Revised: 4/26/01, 4/14/03)

According to a Bama mod on ESPN, Pollard is going on a school field trip next week to Florida and a decision isn't likely to be made before then.

At least he has a date. Wednesday is it hopefully he will decide so this can end. What is it with Texas and weird recruits? Daniels last year and now Pollard this year.

I don't know where Tony Trocha would go on the 2012 list after he reclassifies. For that matter, I don't really know where Tony Trocha was on the 2013 list, but he's supposed to be a 2012 recruit now.

Well Jefferson is signing at 3:00 today so that leaves one left. And we have heard nothing don't even know if he is going to sign an LOI tomorrow at all.
