I think our expectations might have been a little high. We were better than we were in the Holiday Bowl, but we're still not there yet. Defensively I think the fact that Smith was mobile caused us some issues because like Akina and Manny said you can't cover forever. Offensively we need to find some help for Espinosa. He's still getting blown up and handled but I expect Searles to handle that. In the end somebody said it earlier, we won, no one got hurt but there's still a lot of coaching to do and stuff to work on to keep the intensity high during the next week.
