I was here preseason and was RIPPED by the masses here saying that Mack Brown was a bad football coach.

Here's the reality, Mack is a great politician and I have no idea who he's hobnobbing with in Austin, but this guy gets LOADED talent year in and year out and underachieves every single year, but one.

Hey, I'm a Miami fan and our standard is National Title or nothing and at Texas, it should be the same as well. Our tradition goes back 30 years. Yours 1,405 years... People should be held more accountable there and I thought he should've been canned after the Oklahoma game. That was pathetic at best. Wish you guys well and I think you should start to think who replaces him...

I think he would be a great choice. Is he a Texas grad? I know it would be nearly impossible to lure him, but how about Petersen from Boise State?

I'm not keen on Petersen. I think this team needs a hard nosed defensive minded coach or bust.

Jesus reporting that Mack and DeLoss had a heated conversation after the KU game. He said DeLoss was doing the talking and Mack just looked disappointed.

Wanna keep this thread on the 1st page to make sure Mack sees it.

Don't know what to even make of this. If this us all it said, then I'm underwhemed. If JS knows more, or more was said about it, I'd like to read or hear more. Any more scoop?
