I read somewhere in the midst of the new Nike release that NFL teams can only change scheme every five years, so some will not change at all.
I believe more specifically they can only change their logo once every five years. Detroit changed theirs in 2009 so there won't be any changes. I don't think it has anything to do with the actual color scheme on the jersey.
