thanks for the numbers br. Will you or someone put this into perspective for folks like me who are ignorant when it comes to track times? i.e. what is considered very fast?
Kevin Vaccarro ran 21.94 in the 200 at district and has been declared too slow by the naysayers on the board. I don't know if that was wind aided or not.

Since most of us on this board only care about how everything relates to football, an 11.21 second 100 m dash is slow for a senior in high school who is 6'2" 180 lbs. and plays WR.
In my experience the 200 m dash should be slightly less than double a 100 m time, which he ran. This is because the second 100 meters you should already be at top speed. Less than 22 seconds is considered fast.
