I can't think of anybody from this class that I'd rather not lose. RSJ looks like a difference maker to me.

I wish some of you could compose yourselves and not automatically start throwing this kid under the bus. WR is one position were I can't complain if a guy wants to second guess his recruitment all things considered.

Bummer. Doubt he ends up at A&M after their 6 plus loss season, but LSU worries me. May need Barnes to help out on this one. Lord knows he could use the help.

what do you want barnes to do? If he has the option to play basketball at Texas then he decommitted for some other reason. I suspect it has something to do with the position at Texas. Have the Longhorn coaches been pushing TE more than the opportunity to play WR?

This clearly is strange. He was at camp two days ago. Someone got to him. At least he was honest and came out early, rather than sitting on his scholarship and looking around on the sly. Hopefully he will ultimately decide to stay with his original decision; though history tells us that rarely happens.

It was out of the AAU blue. Damn, AAU! Now I hope Durant wins it all and RSJ sees that Texas is a big basketball program too. With former big ball players. Good luck to him!

Why don't you back off?
This news sucks. Frankly, it's shocking. And that was the tone of this thread until you had to comment.
