    I'm sure you can spin it however you want. That's the beauty of recruiting. My answer is no. Excuses are exactly that. Excuses. They amount to nothing. You guys talk about recruits not being SEC good when the reality is,what you just said shows aggy is not SEC good.

    I love the "you guys" comment. I could not even begin to think of being associated with the ags in any way, shape, form or fashion. I'm as burnt orange as it gets. I'm just not a homer. I try to be very objective in my thoughts. I don't think its unreasonable to think they could go .500 and generate a little buzz with recruits. To play high level ball you have to a bit of an ego. It's nothing for Sumlin to get into these kids heads and make them feel they are the missing link to a&m competing for a leauge title in 2-3 years.

    I said I appreciate your sarcasm, as in I knew you were joking, but that was all you said. I was just asking, if we were totally objective, do you think a&m could gain more recruiting momentum (or at least maintain what they have) going .500 in conference with all the surrounding circumstances?

    It is unreasonable to think they can go .500 in SEC play. Not impossible, but unreasonable.

    2 toss ups in Arky and Mizzou and I'm positive they beat the Mississippi schools. I don't think its unreasonable to think they could get 4 wins. Unlikely, but not unreasonable.
