Bedlam next weekend + Texas wins against TCU and @ KSU

Wouldn't that still give Texas and OU 2 conference losses with OU owning the tie breaker?

I couldn't live in Oklahoma for that simple reason.

It's rough. But being one of very few that's happy after an OU loss makes it worth it. I plan on moving to hill country in the next 10 years though.

The initial call was overturned. TD Stanford. Tied game. 2.00 minutes left in regulation. Could have #1 and #2 go down.

and the Cardinal has lost 2 fumbles

Me either. I have to live with these animals and now they'll be gloating when I get back to work.

Been there, done that. Lived in Edmond for 7 years while I was in the Air Force.

But if OSU can beat OU next week (and that is definitely possible) then the Big XII Championship game is in Manhatten, KS on Dec 1st. If Mack brings home the BigXII Championship then you'll have some ammo for your sooner buddies. And it will also make your fire Mack Brown thread a little more lively. ;)

Three way tie including KSU and Texas would win tie breaker

The assumption is that K-State will lose to Baylor, which looks likely. There would be 4 teams with 2 loses if we beat K-State and OSU wins. We win the tie breaker.

  • Stanford stops Oregon. Probably going to OT.

  • Stanford doesn't turn it over...and OT...and one hell of a huge OT in college football.

That would give Okie State, KSU, OU, and Texas all 2 conference losses, which would be broken by the BCS tie breaker.

KSU is going to drop a lot tonight after losing to a BU team with a losing record. Lose to Texas and they are well below Texas.
OU is only three spots ahead of Texas now. Lose to OSU and they are well-below Texas.
OSU is currently ranked #24. They win in Norman, they move up to the teens?
Texas is 15 now. They beat TCU and then KSU and they will be the highest ranked in the BCS.

Doesn't matter IMO. Don't see OSU beating OU and don't see Texas beating KSU.

  • OT in Eugene. A Stanford win...and all hell breaks loose or the SEC title game is for a trip to the NC game - and so much ball still left out there even if Oregon wins.

OSU will beat OU. I think we have a good matchup against K State.

Becomes the winner of Alabama-Ga. vs Notre Dame more than likely. Stanford's defensive front has simply owned Oregon tonight.

  • Holy shit. Oregon misses the FG in the 1st OT.

Stanford a FG away from beating Oregon. Setting up an interesting game next week @UCLA. Win and they play UCLA again for the Pac-12 championship. Lose and wait to see what happens in the Civil War.

I'm weeping tonight that Alabama is looking at #2 now.

    Kick the FG Shaw.

Oregon three and out on their first possession in OT, and then hits the upright on the field goal attempt. Stanford just needs a field goal to ruin Oregon's season.

  • Maldonado 41 yd MFG. He's missed 2 tonight.
