Boom. Jerry can't be considered a great owner if he sucks at getting together talent to field winning football teams consistently.
Jerry is Deloss on a bigger scale: the only thing he's good at is promotion and making money. He sucks at actually leading a winning organization.

I will walk to Dallas from Austin with Erin Hogan if the Cowboys ever win a Superbowl with Jerry as the owner.
Jerry is good at leveraging the brand and keeping the money train going. But he is too obstinate to give up his GM role. He doesn't understand that drafting for your fantasy team and for an NFL team are two different things.
