I wouldn't take a job at my alma mater with a history of being a DC at the NFL level without considering the possibility I'd be offered a higher paying job at some point.

I would assume that anytime you are offered a promotion and a raise you would be sacrificing earning potential if you don't take the interview. That said, I hope the lockout looms large in his decision making.

So, the Titan Insider is reporting he will interview?? He has already talked with them. Lot's of confusion on this whole matter.

I believe the posts on this board represent the general opinions of the fanbase as a whole on the matter; and the majority of fans will be angry with Gray if he takes the Titan's job. It really doesn't matter if that opinion is right or wrong - it is what it is. It will be interesting to see if that fans' anger with Gray will prohibit him from coming back. While I know the average Joe's opinion on the matter doesn't carry any weight, the big money donors are a different matter.
