Jeff Howe's father lost his long battle with cancer late last night.
Jeff has been by his dad's side all week.

Be thankful you were with him and had him for so long. Not everyone is so fortunate. I lost my dad when I was seventeen.

Many prayers to Jeff and his family. When I went through this in 2007 with my sister, nothing can prepare you for the loss. My sister only had 11 months from diagnosis to death. It wasn't long, but we made the most of it we could. Jeff's father is in heaven now and will continue to watch over their family from above.
