I don't get it. What's the "ignore feature"?

You can create settings on this site to "ignore" certain posters if you want to, which essentially means their posts will never appear on your screen.

Sorry, I don't have a third hand to hold my iPhone when I pee. So I have to sit. Haha! But I also don't ignore anyone.

I already do that however I was commenting on just how many times I have used the feature on both sites. When someone decides to just go crazy stupid on a thread I just find it interesting how many I have chosen to ignore. Sometimes I reverse it just to check what they are saying but usually they are just ranting.

I come here for your content, not for the crazies. You guys do a great job. The passion that surrounds Texas Football in unmatched. Unfortunately, with that comes a sense of entitlement. I just think there are a bunch of folks that use these sites to vent out of their own frustration and misery in life. Oh well just an opinion.

It's funny, I have the OP on ignore and I can't remember why. Probably for doing the exact thing he's griping about in this thread.

Ok I will play along for a while more. I don't post due to the lack of decorum that has become the norm on most message boards. I have been on these boards since the beginning of internet sites. I have known ctj as tilting at windmills, horndfl . That goes a ways back. I argued with Gerry about Bob Knights offense being the greatest and defended Tim Nunez to the masses when he was OL coach. (I was wrong on Nunez)

I had hoped this site would be different when it comes to real exchange of ideas. It has been slipping away in that regard but still love the content BB and the guys supply. It is worth having. However, how much you post doesn't mean you cannot have an opinion. The site is open to those who pay. Its a free for all that I chose to observe not participate in.

However, if you talk about "lack of decorum" and sit there and say nothing and don't lead by example so to speak, I couldn't really give less of a shit (sorry for the lack of decorum).
