I got brains. I got big ol' brains. I got dinosaur brains.
As a Physical Therapist myself and one that has done a couple of rotations with teams a few years ago, i am shocked that we have not had a nutritionist! SHOCKED!! WTF are they thinking? We are suppose to be training top level athletes and dont tell them exactly what to eat at what time? Makes no sense to me. I know college kids want some "bad" food at time and thats fine and maybe not in the offseason but during the season!! Its not like $ is an issue. I would have assumed a head nutritionist along with an assistant or 2.
Having a nutritionist will change the body and its abilities tremendously!! I hope this nutritionist in on top of them today about everything they consume and the time they consume it. WOW!
Sorry for the long reply but damn, it just doesnt make sense that a top level school doesnt have nutritionists. I would have guessed every team has had a nutritionist since mid/late 90s.
Cotton & Bible maintain that nutritionists are overrated.
