JerseyBornHorn, I actually think your second sentence is at least partial evidence for your 1st sentence, but not meaning to override
that it is "too early to judge Ash" as both you & Black Shipley noted. The message the Staff got from their sourcemight have been thinking of your 2nd sentence there, just came out wrong.

There will be hundreds of reps between now and when we hit
the field in the Cotton Bowl against or nemesis, OU. THAT is the
one that counts for this Horn for Ash to lead us to a W! IF
we can go into that game undefeated, a W will likely have
BCS implications for our Horns...how fun would that be???
