I love the idea of opening up in the wishbone........I hate the fact that were divulging it publicly.

Id love the see us wear the 05' throw backs on thanksgiving as well.

The point is to honor DKR, not surprise Iowa State with formation

Great idea to open on offense in the wishbone ... practice that play, practice that play!

Yeah, one of the lineman could've told the defense, "Wooster's getting the ball and here's the hole he will hit."

Wishbone is a formation . . . not a play. DKR ran about 20 different plays out of the formation and every single team we played knew that we were going to be lining up in the wishbone to start the game.

It doesn't really give anything away.

Some may be disappointed, but starting the game lining up in the wishbone does not necessarily Gray, Brown and Burgeron in the game at the same time. In fact, I think that is unlikely. It also doesn't mean we will run the triple option, which I think is highly unlikely.

Now whether or not we run a play out of the bone or just do it symbolically and call time out depends on which choice Brown thinks will honor Royal more; not how many yards can we get on it.

Interesting question of the day . . . if we win the toss, do we elect to receive so we can start the game off (v. our first possession some time later) in the wishbone?
